This policy describes what information the Matter 1B app ("the App") currently collects and how it's used, as of this version. The App is an early-stage, evolving project — this policy will change as the platform develops. If you register for an Anchor Badge and tick the box, we will email you updates about Matter 1B. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing M1Bi@mailfence.com. We do not send marketing text messages or make marketing phone calls.

We use your information only to communicate with you about Matter 1B, review Build submissions, and send updates if you agreed to receive them. We use it because you gave it to us and agreed to this when you submitted the form.
We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services listed below, which help us run the App.
The App relies on these services, each with its own privacy policy:
Your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where these services operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted (name, email, phone, and any submitted links) by emailing M1Bi@mailfence.com. You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in any email.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to how we use your information, to ask for a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
The App is provided on an evolving, early-stage basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for data loss related to third-party services we rely on.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete such information promptly.
The App is early-stage and this policy will change as it develops. We will update the date at the top when it does, and tell you about significant changes.
These terms apply when you use the Matter 1B app ("the App"), run by Ink East Press in the United States. By using the App, you agree to them.
Matter 1B is an early-stage plan, and the App is preliminary. Its features may change or stop at any time. Anything the App or the Matter 1B books describe for the future is a design goal, not a promise.
The App and the Matter 1B books share ideas for general information only. Nothing in them is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
The Anchor Badge has no money value and gives no rights. Sending a Build submission does not create a job, partnership, or agreement, and we may not be able to reply to everyone. Please only submit information that is true and yours to share.
Please do not misuse the App, for example by sending spam, false information, or anything harmful through its forms.
The Matter 1B name, logo, books, and App content belong to Ink East Press. You are welcome to share links to the App.
The App links to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ink East Press is not liable for indirect losses from using the App, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you donated in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms as the App develops, and we will change the date above when we do.
